In other word: Don't drink your calories! . . If your goal is fat loss you need a calorie deficit. And a side effect of a calorie deficit is hunger. So liquid calories that provide little to no satiety can get you to easily over consume calories. Which would be counterproductive for fat loss. . . So be smart about your food intake if you want to fight off the hunger caused by dieting. Eat more veggies more fibrous carbs and only drink water. Or if you want to drink something with taste a
