In the Land of Westeros it’s tough to know which supplements work. @syattfitness knows what’s up. SUPPLEMENTS THAT WORK – Most fitness supplements are a waste of money. They’re either redundant in that you get plenty of what the supp offers in your diet. Or it’s completely worthless in that it doesn’t do anything at all. – That said there are some supplements that do work incredibly well (for many not everyone) and have a ton of scientific backing. – Vitamin D is I think the most important one most people lack. If you don’t get at least 20min of direct sunlight daily you’d likely do well with 2000IU’s of D3 every day. ESPECIALLY if you get seasonal depression – it can help a lot. – Protein is in my opinion not a “real” supplement. It’s just a simple convenient way to get more protein without forcing solid food down your throat (which can be tough if you’re short on time/don’t have a big appetite). You can have as much as you want but I try to limit myself to 25-50g of a protein suppl...
