What are some of your fav foods? I like my choc & breads & eat them everyday. What if I told you it is easier to lose all the weight by eating the foods you love, wouldn’t that be good news? It’s true. Even ask Oprah who admits with Weight Watcher’s to eating bread everyday, her favorite and still losing weight. The difference here is you are in CONTROL of what you eat & drink and when. Eat & drink what you LOVE, I can’t stress that enough, just stay under the calories for weight loss & lose it for life! It’s hard enough to lower your daily calories to lose weight never mind giving up all the foods you love at the same time, TOO MUCH and certainly not attainable. Which is part of the reason why diets don’t work. You lose but then you gain it all back & more. You might find once you’ve lowered your daily calories that you are not even eating that unhealthy, just too much like I was.
