What are some of your fav foods? I like my choc & breads & eat them everyday. What if I told you it is easier to lose all the weight by eating the foods you love, wouldn’t that be good news? It’s true. Even ask Oprah who admits with Weight Watcher’s to eating bread everyday, her favorite and still losing weight. The difference here is you are in CONTROL of what you eat & drink and when. Eat & drink what you LOVE, I can’t stress that enough, just stay under the calories for weight loss & lose it for life! It’s hard enough to lower your daily calories to lose weight never mind giving up all the foods you love at the same time, TOO MUCH and certainly not attainable. Which is part of the reason why diets don’t work. You lose but then you gain it all back & more. You might find once you’ve lowered your daily calories that you are not even eating that unhealthy, just too much like I was. I have added “Healthy Living” to my free eBook as well and I will have the new version available this week because I think it’s important for everyone to see you can still lose weight and/or maintain and not follow any “diet”. Just keep track of your daily food & drink, it’s that SIMPLE! This is with the free Lose It App. My day is under the 1800 calories recommended for weightloss, I ate what I wanted; Arby’s, had some delicious cake and my day wasn’t that unhealthy. As a matter of fact the only thing I was high on was my sugar which should be lower than 50grams. Well and fat should be at 35% I was 36%. Want to fall asleep faster? Have a better night’s sleep? Track your daily food & drink so you don’t overeat. It’s so easy to do, overeat, as a matter of fact most people aren’t eating THAT unhealthy, just too much, like I was. The body works much better if its not busy just trying to deal with too much food & drink. And most importantly, stop eating 2-3 hrs before bed. That way again your body can prepare for rest instead of working. I know I sure notice the difference when I eat too late. Tossing & turning in bed. Give it a try one night, not eating before bed! The picture is a great example of how conscious eating (keeping track of your daily food & drink) can help you take control of your health & live healthy: #1 -lose weight and/or maintain your weight by knowing your daily calories #2 -prevent or cure disease by making sure you’re not getting too much sodium, cholesterol, sugar and saturated fat, calories in your daily diet #3 -make sure you’re getting enough daily fiber #4 -make sure you’re getting enough macronutrients (fat, protein, carbs) daily #5 -prevent disease by making sure you aren’t getting too much macronutrients in your daily diet.
