This is with the free Lose It App. My day is under the 1800 calories recommended for weightloss, I ate what I wanted; Arby’s, had some delicious cake and my day wasn’t that unhealthy. As a matter of fact the only thing I was high on was my sugar which should be lower than 50grams. Well and fat should be at 35% I was 36%. So you see when you stay under the recommended daily calories for weightloss and/or maintain you might even find that you’re not actually eating that unhealthy just too much, like I was.
